Where do you deliver?
We serve Monroe, West Monroe, and Bastrop Louisiana at this time.
What cards do you accept?
Bank-issued debit cards and credit cards. We can't accept Chime, Cash App, Venmo, or similar prepaid or payment-app cards. The card must be issued by a bank or credit card company.
Who pays for repairs?
We do. Delivery, installation, and all repairs are free.
Can I rent just a washer or a dryer?
Yes. Renting only one is $40 per month plus tax, with the same 6-month minimum and free delivery and installation.
Do I need hoses?
Only if you don't already have them. Washer hoses are $30 and a dryer vent hose is $20, paid once at delivery.
